Problems with the Telephone IVR Payment Line

Update from IDHS: The problem with providers not being able to enter their August certificates on the Child Care Telephone Billing System will be fixed tomorrow at 6 a.m. Providers who have been trying to enter their bills are instructed to call back tomorrow morning after 6 a.m. We apologize for the incovenience and frustration this has caused.
