Child Care Payment Update – July 17th

 

Here is payment info for today:  

On Tuesday night 7/16 most (not all) of the payments entered on 7/1 not already approved by DHS became approved.  However, the approval information of these payments did not make it on the  800-804-3883 today. The approval of these payments should be noted on the 800# on Thursday.  These payments should be issued around July 18th. 

Tonight, 7/17 we should have the remaining payments entered on 7/1 that are not already approved become approved, along with payments entered on 7/2, and some payments entered on 7/3.

Tomorrow, 7/18 we should have the remaining payments entered on 7/3 that are not approved on 7/17 become approved, along with payments entered on 7/5, and about half of the payments entered on 7/8.

  

 Remember, payments are generally issued by The Office of the Comptroller one to three working days after the payment is approved. Payments are issued at night, and are mailed the next working days for those paid by check. Payments that are issued through direct deposit, or on the debit master card, are in the account or on the debit card, two working days after issued. Weekends and holidays  are not working days
